- Payment Terms: Payments will be made as per the agreed milestones (e.g., deposit, progress payments, and final payment upon completion). Warranties: We offer warranties on all installed components, including panels, inverters, and other equipment, as specified in the contract.
- Service Validity: The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is valid for one year and renewable after each period.
- Liabilities: The company is not liable for damages caused by external factors such as natural disasters or incorrect operation of the system by the client.
- Installation Timeline: Timelines for installation and commissioning are provided during the agreement process. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may affect timelines.
